Hi, I'm Zita 👋🏼

Hi, I'm Zita 👋🏼

let me introduce myself…

I’m a neuroscientist-turned-UX designer based in Switzerland, specializing in Design Operations and Facilitation. My mission is to build bridges between businesses, their customers, and their users by fostering collaboration and understanding.

At heart, I’m a designer who believes in the transformative power of design—to improve companies, empower teams, and enrich customers’ lives.

My perspective as a designer has continuously evolved. I’ve grown to think far beyond the pixels on the screen. Over time, as I stepped into more senior roles, I’ve deepened my understanding of company priorities, strategic goals, and usage metrics, broadening my view of what design truly entails.

I’m still human being though, with my own faults and biases. I value openness and transparency in communication, and I’m not afraid to ask the tough questions that drive meaningful change.

As a designer, I also prototype the way I work. I believe not every design project should follow the same predictable, linear process we all know too well. Instead, I strive for approaches that adapt to the problem at hand. Want to know more about my philosophy? Check out my Design Manifesto.

Oh yes, and I love painting. Check out my blog posts if you want to see some of my art.
